When an advertiser books a package, the payment is securely collected via Razorpay and held by CreatorMitra. The creator only receives the payout after they have delivered the draft, received approval, published the live content, and the post is verified.

Influencers have 48 hours to accept an incoming order. If they reject or if the 48-hour window expires, the order is automatically cancelled and a full refund is immediately initiated back to the advertiser's original payment method.

Influencers connect their verified Bank Account (IMPS/NEFT) or UPI ID in the app. Once an order is completed, automated RazorpayX payouts are processed directly into the creator's bank account with zero manual delays.

Yes! Influencers upload draft videos before publishing on Instagram. Advertisers can review the draft inside the app and suggest revisions according to the initial campaign brief.
