Refund & Cancellation Policy

Key Promise: AVM AUDIO VIDEO RECORDING STUDIO ("Company", "we", "us"), operating the influencer collaboration marketplace under the brand name CreatorMitra, ensures 100% financial protection. If an influencer declines your campaign or fails to respond within the stipulated 48-hour acceptance window, your entire payment is automatically refunded back to your original source payment method.

1. Overview of Escrow Payment Protection

When an Advertiser completes checkout on the CreatorMitra platform, the funds are held securely in escrow by AVM AUDIO VIDEO RECORDING STUDIO. Funds are not disbursed to the creator until the agreed promotional deliverables (e.g. Instagram Reels / Stories) have been delivered, reviewed, and published live in accordance with the agreed campaign brief.

2. Automatic Full Refund Scenarios

A 100% full refund is automatically triggered in any of the following scenarios:

  • Influencer Rejection: If the selected influencer declines your order request due to scheduling conflicts or brand misalignment.
  • Order Expiry (48-Hour SLA): If the influencer does not accept or decline the order within 48 hours of order placement, our system automatically marks the order as expired and issues an immediate refund.
  • Missed Delivery Deadline: If the influencer accepts the order but fails to submit the initial draft deliverables within the agreed deadline date without prior agreed extension.

3. Draft Revisions & Admin Escalation Refunds

Advertisers have the right to review video drafts submitted by creators. If the draft substantially deviates from the written campaign instructions provided at checkout:

  1. Concern Raised: The Advertiser can raise a concern in the app specifying required adjustments. The creator is given an opportunity to re-shoot or edit the content.
  2. Admin Mediation: If the re-submitted content still fails to meet agreed requirements, either party may escalate the order to CreatorMitra Admin.
  3. Admin Resolution: If the Admin finds that the creator failed to follow explicit brief guidelines, the order is cancelled and a full or partial refund is processed to the Advertiser.

4. Cancellation by Advertiser

  • Before Influencer Acceptance: Advertisers may cancel an order anytime before the influencer has accepted it for a full refund.
  • After Influencer Acceptance: Once an influencer has accepted an order and commenced production, orders cannot be cancelled unilaterally without valid justification or mutual agreement.

5. Subscription Plan Refunds

CreatorMitra offers subscription packages for influencers (Free Trial, Monthly, and Annual tiers). Subscription fees grant instant access to platform features and order limits. As such, active subscription fees are non-refundable once activated. Influencers can cancel recurring renewals at any time from their app profile.

6. Refund Turnaround Time (TAT) & Method

How Refunds Are Processed
  • Refund Source: All refunds are credited directly back to the original source payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet) via our payment gateway partner, Razorpay.
  • Processing Timeline: Once initiated, refunds typically reflect in your bank account within 5 to 7 business days depending on your banking provider.
